It was so silent that I heard
The silent drops of un-cried tears
Waiting in the corner of my eye…
It was so silent I heard
A lady bird’s feet stomp
Across a bright, green leaf…
It was so silent I heard
The earth spins on it’s axis
And fly on its way through space…
It was so silent I heard
a cricket’s heart beat
As it got ready to jump!
